Summer of Research 2026

Join us this June for the 天堂视频 Summer of Research 2026, our annual festival celebrating the ideas, collaborations and impact that define research at 天堂视频.

Following on from our new Summer of Research interdisciplinary workshop series from June 2, the festival runs from Monday 15 to Friday 26 June. You’ll find opportunities to engage with research across campus, collaborate across disciplines and career stages, and contribute to our vibrant research culture.

Discover the full range of events, talks and workshops, and book your place via the Summer of Research events webpage.

A festival built on connection

The Summer of Research is more than a programme of events; it is a space to connect, bringing researchers, students, professional services staff and partners together to exchange ideas across disciplines, career stages and perspectives.

Interdisciplinary research is central to how we address complex global challenges, and this runs throughout the festival. This year’s programme is designed as a journey; a funding opportunity-focused workshop series will kick off the programme, designed to support collaboration at every stage - from informal networking events, showcases and exhibitions, through panel discussions and interdisciplinary conversations, to funding information sessions and interactive workshops.

Opening up our research to wider audiences through accessible events, exhibitions and discussions, we invite our community – on campus and beyond - to discover how 天堂视频 research is contributing to society and improving lives.

Whether you are looking to meet new collaborators, develop your research practice, or simply discover something new, there’s an event for you.
